You wont find alcohol in the groceries stores in Iceland
Alcohol is sold in special stores called Vínbúðin. You'll find this store in Selfoss or Flúðir ( closed on sunday )
Knútur will welcome you in this local tomatoes and cucumber organic farm where you will have lunch inside of a green house surrounded tomatoes. We recommend the tomato soup buffet with home make bread. And the bloody Mary is excellent. Open only for lunch

The secret lagoon is less crowed and cheaper than the blue lagoon and a very good option to unwind in the area.
22Km from the house The iconic Icelandic Geyser. Since it’s very close to the house try to go very early in the morning or late at night to experience the sunrise or sunset. The colors will be amazing. And the tourist buses will not be there yet ;-) Also try to go during the night in the summer so you can have it all to yourself.
